My journey began about 5 years ago when I started taking online courses and learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I focused on the goal of learning the technologies for front-end development. Gradually, this transformed into learning about web design and design in general. I started using programs like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma. This resulted in a love for web technologies and the web as a whole.
Afterward, I worked for 2 years for a small company dealing with logistics and e-shop management for small local influencers. During this time, I deepened my knowledge in e-commerce/logistics, web design, and customer support. In my free time during those years, I created websites using WordPress and became familiar with various tools for SEO, marketing, automation, etc.
Currently, I focus all my attention on WordPress and workflows to ensure the best possible services.
I consider my experience in front-end development, e-commerce, and web design (UI/UX) to be my competitive advantage. I stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends, and I closely follow news from the plugin developers whose tools I use.

Initial consultation + Pricing
At the beginning, it is most important to get acquainted with your project, the scope of work, and specific goals. Together, we will come up with a concrete plan and steps to achieve the goal, so that you have a 100% overview and know what to expect. In most cases, I price projects individually and we will definitely come to an agreement. I will share with you access to the project where you can see what is finished, what needs to be added, etc…

Submission of materials and deposit payment
In the second step, it is essential that I have most of the materials for the work and the deposit money in my account. Once I start working on the project, there is no possibility of a refund of the deposit.

Handover of completed work
At this stage, 90% of the work is done and everything is completed according to the original specifications.

Follow-up consultation and adjustments
If anything needs to be adjusted or fine-tuned, this is the step where it can be done. This could include, for example, changing text, an image, or adjusting a web element. If the adjustment is more demanding, I may, at my discretion, request an additional payment (of course, we will agree on everything in advance).

Final payment
This will probably be one of the last steps where, after payment, I will hand over complete information and access to the project.

Website Management & Long-term Support
I like to build long-term partnerships and therefore offer long-term support for your project. In most cases, this will involve website management or customer support.
